Linda M. David, CPPC

Learning Facilitator, Life Coach

Linda M. David, is an experienced learning facilitator and life coach in private practice. Linda has honed her education and coaching skills over twenty years in the workplace in a variety of settings, including corporations, local government, consulting organizations, non-profits, and associations. Her background in psychology and human potential coupled with a deep compassion for the human condition allows her to bring an intuitive depth to her consulting and coaching work. Her firmest belief is in the "infinite capacity of people to grow and change." She asks the incisive questions which enable people to reveal their full potential.

Linda has served as a professional development director and program developer, where she developed standardized adult curricula and co-designed workshops and seminars with subject matter experts and volunteer committees in industry-specific topics. She has also designed and delivered learning experiences in communication skills, coaching, teamwork, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and management as an external consultant and an internal facilitator. She served on volunteer boards and committees and has a broad knowledge of organizational dynamics and needs in these multiple settings.

She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified personal Professional Coach (CPPC). In 2007, she attained the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential from ATD (formerly ASTD). She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and FIRO and FIRO-B instruments. She is a graduate of the Life Direction Lab, a nine month career process designed to discern vocation based on spiritual values. Linda has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and has completed many hours of continuing education in the MBTI, diversity, training and development, leadership, blended learning, and communications.
